How a pull is decided

1. 1

   We commit

   The SHA-256 hash of a secret server seed, shown before you open.

2. 2

   You add your seed

   Your client seed and a nonce (+1 per pull), combined with the server seed.

   HMAC-SHA256(server seed, "client seed:nonce")
3. 3

   The roll

   The first 52 bits → a number from 0 to 1 → a ticket from 0 to 9,999.

   ticket = floor(roll × 10,000)
4. 4

   The card

   Each card owns as many tickets as its odds in basis points. Your ticket picks it.

5. 5

   You verify

   Rotate seeds to reveal the server seed and recheck every pull.
